PEOPLE

RE/MAX North has recognized Barbara Slade as its top listing and selling agent for November. A 21-year veteran, Slade specializes in residential properties and new construction.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has added several new agents.

Leonard Highley of Upper St. Clair has joined the Upper St. Clair office. He previously worked for J&L Specialty Steel Inc. in industrial engineering and human resources. He received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineering, the American Institute of Steel Engineering and St. Paul's Episcopal Church.

Jill Hogan Urso of Finleyville has joined the South Hills office. She has previously worked as an administrative assistant and homemaker.

Celia Boden of Monroeville has joined the East Suburban office. She previously worked part time at Gateway High School. Boden is treasurer for the Gateway wrestling booster club and a Sunday school teacher at Hillcrest Church. She received her real estate education at LoDolce Academy in Monroeville.

Stephanie White of West View has joined the North Hills office. She previously worked as a Web site coordinator and documentation specialist. She has a degree in computer information systems from Slippery Rock University. She is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and Pittsburgh Society of Association Executives.

Susan Ross, Christine Campbell-Jolly and Cindy Funk have joined the Greensburg office. Ross, a Greensburg resident, previously worked as a bookkeeper for Joyce Oil. Campbell-Jolly, who lives in Youngwood, previously worked for Davies Ford. She is active in the Ripple Ridge 4-H Club. Funk, a Derry resident, worked at a garden center and was also in auto sales. She received her real estate education at Polley Associates.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate has listed its leaders in listing and sales for November.

Roz Kaliden of the Airport/West Regional office was No. 1 in listing volume with two listings worth $3.6 million. Kevin Mihm, North Hills, led the company in sales units and volume with 13 sales totaling $4.1 million. He also listed nine units worth $1.5 million.

Other leaders were: Georgie Smigel, Cranberry, 12 sales totaling $2.1 million; the team of Doug and Rebecca Burig, Peters, seven sales totaling $1.9 million. Robin Ross, Airport/West Regional, seven sales totaling $1.5 million; the team of Jim and Eva Gallagher, North Huntingdon, six listings worth $1.8 million; Mary Wolf, Upper St. Clair, five sales totaling $1.6 million; Sydnie Jones, Route 19/Galleria, four sales totaling $1.7 million and three listings worth $1.4 million; the team of Cindy Ingram and Marilyn Patterson, Shadyside, four sales totaling $1.2 million; Jim Walsh, Upper St. Clair, three listings worth $1.1 million; Maureen Fullerton, Cranberry, two listings worth $1.2 million.

Prudential Preferred Realty has announced that Scott Ludwick of the Greensburg office was tops for residential sales, residential listings and residential listings sold in November, with 18.5 sales units and nine listings.

Leading the company in new construction listings was the team of Bob Main and Barb Baker, Route 19 South office. The top associates in new construction listings sold were Barbara Kurdys Miller and Frank Conroy, Route 19 South office. The top loan originator for Pennsylvania Preferred Mortgage Corp. was Dani Dolan.

Tammy Edinger has recently joined the North Hills office of Keller Williams Realty. Edinger, formerly with Prudential Preferred Realty, is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is also a water safety instructor for West Deer.

Prudential Preferred Realty announced new sales associates. The agents and their offices are:

Karla Keller, Fox Chapel; Richard Dines, Hampton; Camille LaCava and Lynn Reynolds, Monroeville; Elizabeth Mooty, Murrysville; Rebecca Scrivanich, Sewickley; and Diane Loar, Peters.

DEVELOPMENT

Foxmoor, a gated community of townhouses and condominiums, is now under construction in Cranberry.

The townhouse village will feature two- and three-bedroom units priced from $285,000 with first-floor master bedrooms, hardwood and ceramic floors and two-car attached garages. The condominiums are available as two- and three-bedroom units starting at $130,000.

Amenities include GE kitchens, fireplaces, laundry rooms and 9-foot ceilings.

Villa Maria, a single-family and townhouse development, is to be built in Delmont, Westmoreland County. When completed, the development will contain 19 single-family homes and 52 townhouses in a country setting across the street from Cloverleaf Golf Course.

The single-family homes will be priced from the $160,000s and the town houses will start in the low $100,000s. The three builders are Shula General Contractors, Jim Burczyk Construction Co. and Innovative Homes Inc. FIRMS

In October, the Cranberry office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate closed 100 percent of its buyer-controlled sales with Coldwell Banker Mortgage, placing it among the company's top offices in the country.

Other local offices that closed a high percentage of buyer-controlled sales were Airport/West Regional, 96 percent; Squirrel Hill, 82 percent; Murrysville, 73 percent; South Hills, 72 percent; North Hills, 70 percent; and Upper St. Clair, 63 percent.

The Howard Hanna Relocation and Business Development department has created a new program called Executive Link. Through Executive Link, a personal coordinator is available to meet with incoming executives and spouses to provide an introduction to the city, regional tours and other information and contacts in the area.
