Fort Hill High School made the trip from Maryland to face Carrick in non-league play Friday at Cupples Stadium and returned home with a victory.
The winless Raiders (0-5) gave up 556 yards of total offense, as Fort Hill rolled to a 42-12 victory.
Ty Johnson and DeKari Darr combined to rush for 306 yards on 12 carries and scored four touchdowns for Fort Hill. Johnson scored on touchdown runs of 69 and 52 yards. Darr scored on runs of 4 and 92 yards.
Carrick (0-5) scored twice in the second half after Fort Hill built a 35-0 lead. The Raiders scored on a 41-yard interception return by Devin Montgomery and a 3-yard run by Joe Kalsek. Davon Cruse completed 10 of 15 passes for 108 yards for the Raiders.
