William P. Mullen, acting sheriff of Allegheny County, has launched a Web site of the county's "most wanted" deadbeat parents.

The site,, displays the names, mug shots and ZIP codes of each week's most egregious offenders, parents who owe the most child support or who have been arrested the most for not paying child support.
