Chelsey created this recipe herself. She is quite a cook and enjoys making snacks like the one below.
Chelsey's 'Puppy Chow'
- 1 stick ( 1/2 cup) butter or margarine
- 12-ounce jar peanut butter
- 12-ounce bag chocolate chips
- 16-ounce box Rice Crispix cereal
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour in Crispix cereal and mix until well coated. Pour into a brown paper bag with the powdered sugar. Shake until well coated with sugar. Pour into an airtight container for storage. We keep ours in the refrigerator.
