20 large refrigerated biscuits
1 cup ketchup
2 cups shredded cheese (we used Italian mix)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup sliced pepperoni
Flatten biscuits to make 4-inch circles. (We used a rolling pin.) Combine ketchup, cheese and seasoning. Place 1 tablespoon ketchup mix on one-half of each biscuit. Top with three slices pepperoni. Fold in half; press edges together. Place on baking sheet. (We used a nonstick pan.) Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
