"She loves to mix things. I think she has been mixing ingredients together since she was 2 years old," said Hannah's mother, Leigh. Hannah and her mother share one of their favorite recipes below. "The following recipes is easy and great for kids," said Leigh.
Our testers agreed. There is no flour and the result is a nice, light peanut butter cookie that is great with a glass of milk.
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Drop by tablespoons on ungreased baking sheets, about two inches apart. You can flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until set. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
