Shrimp Dip
This makes a great dip for crackers and vegetables.
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese 1 8-ounce container sour cream 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon dried, minced onions 1 teaspoon ground pepper 1 teaspoon dried mustard 2 teaspoons garlic powder (not garlic salt) 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and diced
Soften the cream cheese and mix well with sour cream. Fold in other ingredients. Add the diced shrimp last. Chill for at least one hour. When doubling, adjust seasonings to taste. Serves 20.
