You can drink tea anytime, but spring is especially right for this soothing refreshment.
Here's a different way to treat yourself with tea: a steaming tea facial.
You'll need 1 chamomile tea bag, 1 peppermint tea bag and 3 cups of boiling water.
Place the tea bags in a large, wide-mouthed bowl or pot. Add boiling water, and allow to cool for two minutes.
Set the bowl on a tabletop, sit down with your face above the bowl (keep your face at least eight inches away from the surface of the water), and place a clean towel over your head and the bowl. Steam for 10 minutes.
