This amazing piece of artwork is a replica of the famous nativity scene erected each year in St. Peter's Square in Rome, Italy.
The crèche is truly a community effort. Over 30 business, labor and religious organizations contribute financial support and services to the project.

For more than 40 years, the Unity Tree (commonly known as the Horne's Tree) has beautifly decorated the facade of the former Horne's Department Store.
Macy's continues the Kaufmann's tradition of animated holiday windows, which are unveiled on November 20 and remain on display throughout the season.
This enchanting display of life-size Santas and original paintings captures a whole world of Christmas folklore and fantasy.
Capture memories of Christmases past in the Wintergarden where a tree larger than any from your childhood awaits you. Their spectacular 32-foot tree is adorned with magnificent ornaments and gifts symbolic of this most special season of giving and is surrounded by a unique train display.

Running concurrently with the "Spirits Of Giving" exhibit in the Wintergarden (as well as the windows in Two PPG Place) is this magnificent display of delicious dwellings created by area students, chefs, organizations, and individuals. The houses are also surrounded by a variety of model trains from the collection of local artist Don Jones.

The Beaver County Festival Of Trees is held in doors at the Lodge in Brady's Run Park. The Lodge has been magically transformed into a snow-laden, Winter Wonderland with its 50 beautifully and uniquely decorated artificial trees and wreaths. In addition, there are trains, Candy Cane Lane Gift Shop, loaded with affordable gifts and trinkets, snack bar, Children's Craft Corner, baskets and raffles, and of course, the jolly old man himself, Santa.
This year's theme is "Christmases Of Years Gone By".
The program culminates with an auction of the displays on December 9. Proceeds benefit Beaver County Children & Youth Services which uses the funds to purchase back to school shoes, winter coats, summer camp outings and eyeglasses for kids in need. Handmade between 1700 and 1830, this exhibit features lifelike figures and colorful details that recreate the Nativity within a vibrant and detailed panorama of 18th-century Italian village life.
More than 100 superbly modeled human and angelic figures, along with animals, accessories, and architectural elements, cover a 250-square-foot area and create a memorable depiction of the Nativity as seen through the eyes of Neapolitan artisans.

A Pittsburgh tradition that has enchanted millions of visitors over the years, the display features handmade scale replicas of historic sites that highlight the heritage of western Pennsylvania.
Among the sweeping farmlands, and animated characters and scenes, visitors this year will find the world’s first drive-through gas station formerly located on the corner of Baum Boulevard and St. Clair Street in East Liberty. It also features the entryway to the former Luna Park, which once stood at what are now Baum Boulevard and Craig Street in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh, circa 1905. Marked with an impressive archway bedecked with a giant crescent moon, Luna Park was the first amusement park to be completely furnished with electrical lights.
