Tempted, Misled, Slaughtered: The Short Life Of Hitler Youth
American Jewish Museum (Jewish Community Center)  [ venue info ]
11/2/2009 through 12/30/2009

Through photographs, documents and ephemera reproduced on panels, this exhibit depicts how the Nazi state was able to seduce the youth of Germany into active participation in its destructive mission.

This exhibit narrates the story of the nazification of Germany’s youth focusing on a single soldier, Paul Bayer and shows how totalitarian governments strip away basic human rights and use its citizens for its own agenda.
