Associated Artists Of Pittsburgh Annual Member Exhibit
Carnegie Museum Of Art  [ venue info ]
8/29/2009 through 11/8/2009

The 99th annual exhibition features artists who live within 150 miles of Pittsburgh and who work in various media.

With almost 500 member artists, Associated Artists Of Pittsburgh (AAP) is the largest visual arts organization in the Pittsburgh region. The AAP annual has taken place every year since 1910, making it the second longest running annual exhibition in the United States. The first Annual was affectionately titled "The Popular Salon Of The People" because of the support and encouragement the member artists received from the Pittsburgh community.
