The Master Interior Contractors Association elected its officers for 2013: president, Michael Nehnevajsa, Easley & Rivers Inc.; vice president, Fred Episcopo, Wyatt Inc.; treasurer, David Balmert, J.J. Morris & Sons Inc.; and secretary, Daryl Pitzer, RAM Acoustical Corp.

The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce said Bernadette Puzzuole of Rothman Gordon PC will serve as its interim president/CEO after the recent passing of Sally Haas, who served as president/CEO over the past 14 years.

The Construction Advancement Program of Western Pennsylvania named Thomas A. Landau, chairman. Mr. Landau is president of Landau Building Co.


John E. Mango was named vice president and office manager at First Commonwealth Bank's Murrysville and Export branch offices.

S&T Bank appointed Jack Jacobs to commercial lender.


The Rhodes Group named Julian Neiser, general counsel and director, business development.

P. Jerome Richey will become the University of Pittsburgh's general counsel effective March 1.

Point Park University elected Diana Bucco to its board of trustees. Ms. Bucco is the vice president of The Buhl Foundation.

Susan Hascall, assistant professor of law at Duquesne University, was elected chair of the African law section of The Association of American Law Schools. In addition, she serves as treasurer of the Islamic law section of the AALS.

Focus on Renewal appointed Maggie Johnson as interim director of the Father Ryan Arts Center.

Mark Gladwin was appointed to the Advisory Council. Dr. Gladwin is the chief of the Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine Division at the Pitt School of Medicine and the director of the newly formed Vascular Medicine Institute.
