Simon Cowell has not responded to rampant reports that he is father to pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman, but her husband Andrew Silverman -- Cowell's one-time close friend -- has something to say about the relationship. Mr. Silverman has filed for divorce, reports TMZ.com, alleging adultry in seeking to end his marriage to Lauren.
The documents filed in New York list Lauren Silverman as a defendant and Cowell as a co-respondent. "The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant's cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff," say the documents, in which Andrew Silverman also seeks sole custody of the couple's 7-year-old son.
The revelations of sexual romps coming from Shirley Jones' self-titled autobiography has struck a sour note with one of its targets, actress Joan Collins, according to TMZ.
According to the book, Smithton native Jones, 79, and her then-husband Jack Cassidy were at the home of Collins and Anthony Newley for dinner in the mid-1960s. The book says composer-singer Newley "proposed they all get naked and watch porn together," TMZ claims. "It was clear what Tony was leading up to -- swinging," according to the book, written with Wendy Leigh (Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books).
No way, says Collins, the "Dynasty" actress who is 80 years old.
The gossip website reports that Collins has sent the writer a cease and desist letter, demanding "Shirley Jones" be removed from stores, but Jones says the story is true and she's standing by it.

The first "Avatar" is the highest grossing film at the domestic ($760 million) and worldwide box office ($2.7 billion worldwide).
