Cecilia R. Dickson joined The Webb Law Firm as an intellectual property attorney, focusing on patent, trademark and copyright litigation, and other intellectual property issues. Prior to joining The Webb Law Firm, Ms. Dickson had jury trial and bench trial experience in numerous intellectual property lawsuits. Since 2005, Ms. Dickson has been an adjunct professor at Saint Vincent College, where she received a degree in political science. Ms. Dickson received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.

John E. Wall, a shareholder at Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, received the Distinguished Defense Counsel Lifetime Achievement Award from the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. This recognition honors Mr. Wall's contributions to the profession over the past 37 years. Mr. Wall concentrates his practice in civil litigation; he graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was article editor of the Duquesne Law Review.

Dinsmore said that Timothy Green joined the firm as an associate in its litigation department and is a member of the tort and environmental practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Green practiced at Pietragallo, Gordon, Alfano, Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He works in the areas toxic tort litigation, medical professional liability litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Green earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law and his B.A. from Wittenberg University.

Leech Tishman said Lauren N. Diulus joined its Pittsburgh office. Ms. Diulus joined its employment practice group. She counsels employers on employment relationship issues, from hiring through termination. Prior to joining Leech Tishman, she was an associate at Jackson Lewis LLP and the former law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae, representing management in various areas of law, including employment law. Ms. Diulus also served for three years as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Alan N. Bloch.

Donald J. Palmer of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm was appointed solicitor of Chartiers Valley School District. Mr. Palmer, a partner, practices within the firm's school and municipal law and real estate law groups. Formerly associate counsel for Pennsylvania's Department of Education, Mr. Palmer is experienced in education law, particularly special education and student rights.

He received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

Pepper Hamilton LLP said James W. Pfeifer joined the firm as an associate in its commercial litigation practice group. Prior to joining Pepper Hamilton, Mr. Pfeifer was an associate at McGuireWoods LLP.

Before practicing law, he served on active duty as an operational forecaster in the U.S. Air Force and Satellite Services, Inc. Mr. Pfeifer received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in criminal justice from Indiana University.
