Meyer, Unkovic & Scott announced that it has named attorneys Jason Mettley, Andrew Noble, Sarah Reigle and Jason Yarbrough as partners.

Mr. Mettley works on matters related to employee benefit plans, including plan design and drafting, fiduciary responsibility, plan governance and contributions collections. He graduated from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Noble is a member of the business litigation, tort litigation and intellectual property groups. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Ms. Reigle is a member of the real estate and lending and corporate and business law groups. She graduated from Cornell Law School.

Mr. Yarbrough is a member of the construction law, litigation and dispute resolution and creditors' rights groups. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.


Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announced that associates Joanna Serago Novak and Celia A. Soehner have joined the firm.

Ms. Novak joins the litigation section. She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Soehner will practice in the corporate section. She served for five years as an attorney-adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance before joining Buchanan. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.


Leech Tishman elected Ryan O. Hemminger and Crystal H. Thornton-Illar as new partners of the firm.

Mr. Ryan practices in the litigation practice group with a focus on commercial litigation.

Ms. Thornton-Illar practices in the bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice group with a focus on representing commercial debtors, creditor committees, secured creditors, and trade committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and related adversary proceedings.
