The Global Shapers Community appointed four new members. They are: Anthony Carna, associate, McGuireWoods LLP; Aimee DiAndrea, director of marketing and communications, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre; Justin Forzano, founder and executive director, Cameroon Football Development Program; and Alaina Webber, director of communications and design, Bar Marco LLC as well as co-director, Food Revolution Cooking Club, part of Food Revolution Pittsburgh.

Parenting Expo appointed Katie Whitlatch as general manager, Parenting Expo Pittsburgh.

Banking

First Niagara Financial Group Inc. named Barry Stickel mortgage consultant, retail business.

Education

Community College of Allegheny County Board of Trustees appointed Quintin B. Bullock, president of Schenectady County Community College in New York, as the college's ninth president.

Duquesne University named Paula Sammarone Turocy, associate professor of athletic training in the Rangos School of Health Sciences, its director of Pre-Health Advisement Programs, effective Jan. 1.

Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering named Jelena Kovacevic to head its department of electrical and computer engineering, effective April 1.

Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. hired staff members: Randall N. Booker, staff consultant, civil/site; Eric L. Hickman, staff scientist, ecological/GIS; Benjamin A. Siembida, staff consultant, civil/site; and Nicholas A. Zyroll, staff consultant, civil/site.

BNY Mellon hired Kathleen Stewart to serve as a wealth strategist with BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

Health

Donamarie Wilfong was named corporate vice president of interprofessional education at Allegheny Health Network.

Logistics

GENCO named Laurie Barkman president and chief executive officer of GENCO Marketplace, GENCO's wholly owned liquidation subsidiary.

Museum

Children's Museum of Pittsburgh welcomed the following new members elected to its 2013-14 board: Craig E. Stevenson, executive vice president and an owner, James Construction; Brett R. Randall is an experienced executive in profit and loss management, strategic planning and sales growth; and Matthew H. Meade, chair, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC's Data Security and Privacy group.

Red Cross has appointed Lisa Herter a disaster response specialist.

Michael J. Iandoli was named chief executive officer of PEAK Technical Staffing USA of Pittsburgh.

PGT Trucking Inc. promoted Rhonda Yost to vice president of driver and contractor services.
