The Master Interior Contractors Association honored three construction apprentices with the inaugural Thomas L. Milletary MICA Education Award. The three awardees were Rich Hoover, a carpenter apprentice; Nick O'Blak, a drywall finisher apprentice; and Joseph McCartney Jr., a plasterer apprentice. Each of the apprentices received a check from MICA in the amount of $2,500.
