Huntington Bank named Paul R. Turner as managing director of the Pittsburgh and West Virginia regions of Huntington Insurance Inc.

BNY Mellon's wealth management business hired Patrick J. Cappatt as a senior sales director serving wealthy individuals and families throughout the Pittsburgh region.

The Home Savings and Loan Co. hired Rick Hughes as sales manager and mortgage loan consultant for the greater Pittsburgh region. Home Savings is a subsidiary of United Community Financial Corp.

Sun Life Financial Inc. appointed Olivia Brown a voluntary benefits practice leader, covering the Pittsburgh/Cincinnati/Cleveland territories.

Education

Washington & Jefferson College elected Richard T. Clark as its new chairman.

The Rev. James Chukwuma Okoye will assume duties as the new director of the Center for Spiritan Studies at Duquesne University, effective next Sunday.

Engineering

Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. hired Biff D. Cummings, principal and as a strategic consultant; Jonathan E. Cummings, survey technician I, civil/site; Anthony A.
