Bradley J. Franc was selected to the 2014 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in the estate planning and probate category. Mr. Franc concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business planning, commercial transactions, federal and state tax issues, and estate and succession planning. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, he served as a certified public accountant for the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young L.L.P. He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

Deborah Altman has rejoined the Webb Law Firm as an intellectual property attorney. Her intellectual property legal experience includes managing patent and trademark portfolios, preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the chemical arts (organic and inorganic), conducting IP due diligence evaluations of third party IP portfolios for business development, licensing agreements, and IP provisions of commercial agreements. Prior to rejoining The Webb Law Firm, Ms. Altman worked at PPG Industries, Inc. as a development chemist and more recently, as an assistant counsel for PPG’s chemicals and optical products businesses. Ms. Altman received her JD from Duquesne University School of Law.

Feldstein Grinberg Lang & McKee, P.C. said Erin L. Santorella joined as an associate in the litigation practice group. Ms. Santorella’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, civil litigation, and estate planning. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. Howard F. Murph joined the firm as a shareholder. Howard’s primary practice areas include personal injury, civil litigation, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Murphy received his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, in 1998 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. For several years Mr. Murphy worked for a midsized law firm in Pittsburgh and then had his own general practice law firm for eight years before joining the firm in May, 2014.

Corporate and commercial litigation attorney Jennifer Mason joined Clark Hill’s Wheeling and Pittsburgh offices as a member. Ms. Mason has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation and appellate matters in federal and state courts in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, including matters involving contractual and commercial disputes, merger and acquisition disputes, construction defect and breach of contract matters, products liability, energy and general catastrophic loss, professional liability, and liquor law matters. In addition to the litigation group, she is a member of the firm’s E-Discovery and records management committee. She has advised clients and given numerous presentations on issues surrounding electronically-stored information, as well as written and spoken on the subject. She earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law.phtoo

Tucker Arensberg, P.C. hired Allysn G. Hurley as the chief marketing officer. Ms. Hurley has over 30 years of marketing experience, including the last 17 years in law firm marketing for Reed Smith, Cohen & Grigsby and most recently, Eckert Seamans. She received her MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in marketing.

Burns White said David B. White and David A. Damico, members, were named to the 2014 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. In addition, Travis W. Smith and Stephen A. Hall, members, were selected for the Rising Stars list. Named to the Pa. Super Lawyers list since 2004, Mr. White brings to his clients more than 30 years of demonstrated legal experience spanning several industries and areas of litigation including financial services, commercial, products liability, professional malpractice and employment, coupled with practical business acumen and strong leadership skills as a team builder and project manager. Mr. White earned a J.D. degree from Duquesne University. Mr. Damico, who is a seven-time list maker for Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, brings more than 29 years of litigation experience coupled with business acumen to his corporate clients. Co-chair of the firm’s transportation practice group, he serves as National Trial Counsel to multiple railroad companies and has tried numerous occupational illness, toxic exposure and catastrophic personal injury cases. Mr. Damico also serves as counsel on behalf of manufacturers and distributors in complex products liability and toxic tort cases. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
