A Minnesota-based developer of senior housing has announced plans to develop a 143-unit, four-story apartment complex on land it recently acquired in Marshall.
Construction is to begin by year’s end on The Waters of Wexford, a $38 million project that the development group known as The Waters expects to complete by May 2018. The site is on the east side of Perry Highway between Gateway and Fowler roads.
The developer, which is expanding outside of Minnesota and Wisconsin for the first time, said it plans a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as personal care and memory care services, along with an on-site restaurant, pub and fitness center.
