“MoneyBART” (5 a.m. Sunday morning on FXX)

“The Simpsons” has been many things over the decades, but elusive artist Banksy’s “couch gag” must surely represent the most grim alternate reality. After the family assembles on the couch, we see that down, down below, sweatshop workers are churning out branded products under hellish conditions. Did you know that the DVD box set holes are punched by a dying unicorn? The final image, of the Fox logo surrounded by barbed wire, proves either the network has given the show carte blanche, or the censors were vacationing that week.

(A very scathing Springfield Moment. We’ll have one every day of the “Every. Simpsons. Ever” marathon on FXX, which runs through Labor Day.)
