SLB Radio Productions is opening its studio doors to kids who want to record audio greetings for Mother's Day and Father's Day. SLB produces "Saturday Light Brigade," the weekly family radio program that airs on WRCT-FM (88.3) and other public stations throughout the region.

Kids can record messages for parents, grandparents or caregivers at SLB's studios at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. They will get a CD of the recording, along with a card they can personalize.

Recording dates and times for Mother's Day greetings are Saturday-May 11 from 1-4 p.m. Father's Day sessions will be May 31-June 15 from 1-4 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

The cost is $12: Proceeds go to SLB's programs for children, youth and families. Information: 412-586-6300.
