The Steel City Con heralds spring with a galaxy of guests from the sci-fi/fantasy and pro wrestling realms, past and present, at Monroeville Convention Center this weekend.

Steel City Con

Where: Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Blvd., Monroeville.

When: 1-9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. 3-day pass holders get in early all three days.

Admission: $15 per day; $30 for a 3-day pass on-site; $25 with advance online purchase (free for kids 5 and younger);

For starters, the con brings “Six Million Dollar Man” Lee Majors, whose TV career began in the mid-1960s with “The Big Valley” and has continued into the 21st century, with series including “Owen Marshall” and “The Fall Guy.” Most recently, he played Burt’s father (mom was Shirley Jones) on the Fox comedy “Raising Hope” and appeared on TNT’s “Dallas” last year.

Other featured guests include “Star Trek: The Next Generation’s” Riker and Data — Jonathan Frakes and Brent Spiner — who like Mr. Majors will be participating in Q&A panels and signing autographs for purchase.

The long-running Steel City event continues to include trivia and costume contests and the opportunity to peruse hundreds of tables of toys and collectibles, along with the celebrity sightings. The venue also will feature a 21-foot-high Stay Puft Marshmallow Man to celebrate the 30th anniversary of “Ghostbusters,” along with a 1966 replica Batmobile and a “Back to the Future”-esque DeLorean.

Among the guests hot off the genre screen are Travis Love (Shumpert “the Bowman” from “The Walking Dead”) and Mackenzie Lintz (from “The Hunger Games” and “Under the Dome”), while George “The Animal” Steele and Bruno Sammartino represent the wrestling world. Others to watch for include comic-book artists Neal Adams and Greg Horn, plus Cindy Williams (“Laverne & Shirley”), Parker Stevenson (“The Hardy Boys,” “Baywatch”) and Nicholas Brendon (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”).

Celebrities are available for autographs and photo opps 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday (time exceptions and individual pricing are noted at
