Kelly Rippin is conflicted.

A part of the Cincinnati Fox19 television news team, Ms. Rippin, 25, is in Pittsburgh for the big Pirates-Reds wildcard game. Although she's technically off the clock, she'll be visiting North Side drinking establishments and reporting via social media (@Fox19Kelly).

But the Penn State and Butler High School graduate is a lifelong Pirates fan. She lives less than a mile from Great American Ball Park and attended many games this season. Last weekend, she reported from the Pirates-Reds series.

"It's kind of funny because when I joined [Fox19] a year ago, the news director made it very clear I wasn't allowed to talk about how I was from Pittsburgh. Now we have fun [on air] ... but they don't love me to go crazy about it."

"Most people are pretty cool about it and most of our viewers say, 'You're from Pittsburgh; you've got to own it.' "

Within 12 hours of the AMC broadcast of the "Breaking Bad" finale, the episode was illegally downloaded half a million times. At one point, 85,000 copies were being viewed. According to website TorrentFreak, that's a record for the series.

But it still pales in comparison with HBO's "Game of Thrones," which had 170,000 copies illegally viewed at one point last season.

WQED FM89.3 will switch the weekly broadcast of NPR's "From the Top" from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., beginning Saturday. The program is hosted by Pittsburgh pianist Christopher O'Riley.

As part of Nielsen's $1.3 billion acquisition of Arbitron, the latter has been rebranded as "Nielsen Audio."
