Lindsay Lohan's luck just went from bad to worse.

E! News exclusively confirms that the "Liz & Dick" star's court case was just transferred to Judge Stephanie Sautner's courtroom. Sautner is the judge who presided over Lohan's jewelry theft case and supervised her subsequent probation.

After Lohan entered a plea in the theft case, Sautner sentenced her to community service requirements, gave her one year to complete them all and had her come in periodically in person to show that she had been complying.

When Sautner and Lohan last saw each other at her probation status hearing March 29, 2012, she ruled Lohan had successfully completed all the terms of her supervised probation and converted her to summary probation. But at that final hearing, Sautner sternly told Lohan, "The only thing you have to do is follow all laws. ... Live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work, OK?"

"I don't expect to see you again," the judge added. "You know what you have to do."

Not sure how Sautner is going feel now that Lohan subsequently has been charged with multiple misdemeanors.

Lohan's probation violation hearing is set for Wednesday. She's facing three misdemeanor counts involving a crash on Pacific Coast Highway in June. She was charged in the incident for willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. At the time of the accident, she was still on probation for her misdemeanor jewelry theft case. Due to the charges, the Los Angeles City Attorney moved to revoke her probation in December.

Her trial date is set for Feb. 27.

Benjamin Millepied, the "Black Swan" choreographer who helped transform Natalie Portman into an obsessed, paranoid ballerina for the film and later married the actress, was named director of the Paris Opera Ballet on Thursday, the AP reports.

Millepied, 35, is a former principal dancer with the New York City Ballet who left in 2011 to create his own dance company in Los Angeles, L.A. Dance Project. He'll start at the Paris company in October 2014, when the current dance director, Brigitte Lefevre, retires.

Millepied and Portman, who have a son, met during the making of "Black Swan," Darren Aronofsky's psychological thriller that stars Portman as a ballet dancer.

Portman won the best actress Academy Award for her performance in the movie.

Making good on her promise to practice a series of dry runs at the "Good Morning America" studio in anticipation of returning to her anchoring chores sometime next month, Robin Roberts - and her alarm clock - got a healthy workout Thursday morning, People reports.

Roberts showed up at the studio at 5 a.m. after waking at 3:45 a.m., reports ABC, heralding the visit, which was Roberts' first since undergoing a bone marrow transplant Sept. 20.

Her last appearance at the anchors' desk had been Aug. 30, although she has appeared live from her hospital room and her New York City apartment since.

"What a thrill to be back at 'GMA's' Times Square Studio this morning and see the best folks in the world, my 'GMA' family," said Roberts, 51. "I can't wait to get back to the anchor chair in a few weeks."

In late December, Roberts, a breast cancer survivor, celebrated the crucial 100-day benchmark from her procedure to treat myelodysplastic syndrome or MDS, a rare blood disorder that affects the bone marrow. She has repeatedly thanked "GMA" viewers for their good thoughts and messages.

Michael Buble has something new to sing about: becoming a father, the AP reports.

In an online video posted Thursday by the YouTube account of Buble's wife, Luisana Lopilato, a sonogram with the words "Mini Buble!!!" is shown. The 20-second video ends up with words: "We're having a baby Buble!!!!"

The 37-year-old Canadian singer and his 25-year-old Argentine actress-wife were married in 2011. The couple met in 2009 during a South American concert tour.

A representative for Buble confirmed that the couple are expecting.

Buble is a Grammy-winning pop singer who has sold millions of albums, including "Crazy Love" and 2011's "Christmas." Lopilato made her name as a model and in Argentine sitcoms and soap operas.

Just two days old, Shakira's new baby boy is already trying on some fancy footwear, People reports.

The first photo of Milan Pique Mebarak shows only his feet, clad in white Nike sneakers, with his name emblazoned on the Velcro tab.

"Milan's feet!" wrote the proud father, FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique - the soccer player is himself an official Nike endorser.

Milan was born Tuesday, weighing 6 pounds, 6 ounces. The "Hips Don't Lie" singer, 35, and her beau, 25, said the name Milan "means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification."

They added: "Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth."
