"The Stories That Touch Our Lives" Radio Commercials Created by Dymun + Company
PITTSBURGH - April 27, 2006 — The International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA) recently named the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s "The Stories That Touch Our Lives” radio campaign, winner of the “Radio Promotion" category at its 71st annual INMA Newspaper Marketing Awards held in Chicago. The campaign was created by Dymun + Company for the Post-Gazette.
The campaign, which presents the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s role of "the journal of our days here and now in Western Pennsylvania," finished ahead of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung from Frankfurt, Germany. The INMA Newspaper Marketing Awards competition received 1,019 entries from more than 209 newspapers in 37 different countries.
As part of its recognition, "The Stories That Touch Our Lives" radio campaign will also be chronicled in a new print book by INMA entitled, Best In Print 2006. The INMA is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting advanced marketing principles within the newspaper industry, and has more than 1,300 members in 72 countries.
